Every project runs through seven stages: consultation, requirements and proposal, design (with two bespoke mock-ups and revision stages where applicable), development, testing and user acceptance, launch and training, and long-term support. The same in-house Kuala Lumpur team carries your project through all of them, so nothing is lost in a handover.
The seven stages
Consultation
We start by understanding your business, your users and the outcome you need — before anyone talks about technology or price. This is where we work out whether a project even makes sense, and what the right shape for it is.
Requirements & proposal
We turn the conversation into a clear scope, then provide a written proposal and estimate. You know what is included, what it costs, how long it takes, and where source-code ownership stands under the project terms.
Design
Where a project calls for it, you review two bespoke design mock-ups and revision stages. We agree the visual direction and the key screens before a line of production code is written, so there are no surprises later.
Development
Our in-house developers build the front-end and back-end, integrating with your systems as needed. We work in reviewable stages and keep you updated over calls, WhatsApp and email.
Testing & UAT
Our QA team tests on real devices and browsers. Then you run user acceptance testing with real scenarios, so you sign off with confidence rather than hope.
Launch & training
We deploy carefully, set up redirects and analytics where relevant, hand over, and train your team so you are confident managing the system yourselves.
Support & maintenance
Every project includes a post-launch warranty. Beyond that, we provide ongoing support, security updates, and enhancements — from the same team that built it.
