Case Studies

How we turn a business problem into a working system

Each case study follows the same honest structure — the challenge, the existing process, the approach we took, the solution we built, and the outcome. We publish verified results only.

How to read these

A useful case study explains why a system was built and how the decisions were made — not just a screenshot. Below, each summary sets out the challenge and our approach. Detailed figures and named references are shared during a consultation, with the client's permission, because we never publish results or quotations we cannot stand behind.

Detailed, fully-referenced case studies — with client names, figures and quotations where permission is given — are provided during consultation. We do not publish unverified numbers.

What a full case study covers

When we prepare a detailed case study for you, it follows this structure so you can judge how we would approach a project like yours:

  • Client or anonymised organisation, and industry
  • The initial challenge and the existing process
  • The project objective
  • Research and planning
  • The proposed solution and important modules
  • UX decisions and technical approach
  • Integrations and security considerations
  • Implementation, outcome and verified results
  • A client quotation, where permission is given
